No message activation notice after submit reg.-form

The user has submitted the registration form and the user is created despite warning messages about missing field entries. However, after this step the user does not receive any notification that he must first activate the account in order to successfully register and that he has received an email with an activation link. Without this notification, users are helpless. They do not know that activation is necessary. Why is this message not displayed?

Hello, pls let us know at email as some 3rd party extensions that require an own rendered checkbox or similar might not work properly in OPC.
