Registration emails are not received by the administrator

Hello,
I installed the OnePage component on a site in joomla 4.2.3 and virtuemart 4.2.4.
If I activate the "Use OPC configuration for Virtuemart user registration" option, when the user registers, the email does not arrive to the administrator.
I have another problem.
In "Tracking", if I click on the "Confirmed by shopper" tab, I don't see the options in that tab, but I am redirected to the "Status OPC Extensions" list.
How can I solve these problems?
