hello, this plugin had not yet been checked on novel php versions as it's usually used by customers that need custom works to make this work. it works in either "city courier mode" or "district route mode". it's quite a complex system and uses also com_delivery to set up named routes.
you might want to try to remove the line mentioned in the log, or just add

to line cca 21:
