Hello, there had been a bug in some of the recent OPC version that prevented the tracking to be properly run. I suggest to update to the very latest version of opc and let me know via email if all is good.
Generally for OPC Tracking to be exacuted at the order creation, order statuses needs to be configured at the OPC Tracking so OPC can then recognize the changes and trigger the status. Selecting none order statuses will not execute the tracking for orders.
There is a new FB (server2server) tracking available as well in recent OPC versions.
