Blank cart after update to VM3.6.2 and OPC 2.0.391.X

Just updated to VM3.6.2 from 3.4.5, and updated OPC 2.0.391.011019 from OPC 2.0.369. I also updated my 2 shipping extensions (USPS & FedExd) to the latest available from Park Beach systems, and updated AWO Coupons to the latest available. After the updates, clicking on show cart results in a blank screen. Disabling OPC fixes the issue.

I tried turning on Joomla debug settings, but no output was displayed, cart page was still blank. I also tried disabling AWO coupons, but that had no effect.

Here are the specifics of my system:
Joomla: 3.9.12
PHP: 7.1.30
MySQL: 5.6.44
VirtueMart: 3.6.2
OPC: 2.0.391.011019
Fedex plugin (ParkBeach): 1.6
USPS plugin (ParkBeach): 6.10
AWO Coupons Pro: 3.5.7.2
TaxCloud Plugin (GJC Web Design): 3.2.02

The live site has OPC off to be able to continue to add orders. I can send you the site URL in a private message. If you need to get admin or ftp access I can set up clone site and provide credentials (privately).

Update: just updated the server to PHP 7.3. Problem remains. Just emailed your support email address with more details.

hello steven, i must had missed your email last time.

to track the issue i suggest to install our "fatal catcher" plugin from OPC Extensions + enable it in joomla plugins + set your own email within the plugin + leave other configs untouched (otherwise you may receive thousands of emails per minute) + repeat the problem

also i can check and fix this over FTP as well to see what's going on, the most probable is that there is some cross compatibility issue with your extensions. our fixed IP is 176.116.104.134

php7.3 is suggested if you got all 3rd party extensions up to date and they claim php7.3 compatiblity - OPC and all of it's code is fully OK with php7.3

hello steven, i've sent you updated OPC build that supports your GJC TaxCloud version, without giving a fatal error, but i cannot test it over here properly, so let me know at email if further adjustments are needed to get proper calculation, performance or else toghether with the plugin.
