Hello,

I have installed the Cart Tracker from the plugins page in OPC. It only holds saved cart for about a day and then cart is no longer available.
Also, same with OPC RuposTel Cart Auto Reload Plugin, does not save cart longer than a few hours, even though I set it to save for one month.

Please advise.

hello george, we are going to drop support for our "opc cart reload plugin" as it's very complicated to get the cart proerly merged upon various user actions, besides this it's not compatible if used with awo coupons.

also it's very recommended to disable VM's cart reload feature (in opc registration page very bottom) as it can conflict with our plugin.

our latest work includes a module where the customer can store "named cart" and load it as needed, so there is no automation and this is more stable for all parties included.

please note that these plugins, modules are usually up to a special agreed support time, they are not part of OPC core functions and they can also work independently of OPC.
