How to work with Downloadable Products in Virtuemart v3.2

is OPC also able to offer download products in virtuemart?
If so, are there any tips or instructions?

hello michel, OPC does not include a full digital media solution, but it can be adjusted to cooperate with any 3rd party system that you choose for this purpose. there are many ways on how to provide the digital content and each may require a specific access.

also you may consider using your own custom code to provide the digital content so that it's not subject to constant security scans by attackers.

in opc you can:
- disable all shipping and ship to related options for zero-weight products (i.e. services or digital products), or just disable them for all cases
- it includes EU VAT + MOSS scheme that is required in EU for digital media sales
- it also includes "tax per zip" that is required in some cases in US (tax database is handled by the shop owner via csv/google docs)
