Dropwdown arrows Bootstrap

We changed our template and the 3 column blue is working fine except for the dropdown boxes, they work but the width doesn't seem to match as shown in the image.
All I know is our new template is using Bootstrap dont know if that affects,

All I see is a webkit border property unnamed,
