Shipping fee not applied to Credit Card Payment when SHIP TO

everything appears to work well until completion of credit card transaction. When I add a SHIP TO address the shipping fees, do not get applied to the Credit Card transaction.

So the transaction completes using Authorize.net however the $19.00 shipping cost does not get applied. Any ideas why?

hello, it seems that your country field is not enabled for the Ship To section and thus the shipping does not work properly.

I suggest to :
- mark it as "required" "published" "show in shipment form" "show in account maintains" and to hide it, you can use OPC's shoper field tab mark it as "custom rendered" (for the country field it will automatically tranform it into a hidden field). Make sure that US is selected as the default country in OPC's Shipping tab bottom.
