PDF invoice always created

Hi Stan,

I have VM 3.0.6.4 and OPC 2.0.296

I use your plugin to numbering the order and invoice.

When i receive a order a PDF invoice is always created. In VM configuration the only state to start the invoice creation is S (Order Sent). Since i use this plugin, all orders starts the invoice creation, even when i receive cancelled orders.

I can solve this to use VM config and only create an invoice when S status is set for an order?

hello, this should be purely handled by the VM core, but you can check this:
- open an order for which you incorrectly got the invoice
- see the right section if you see the order status to be listed there:


see if the order status is listed there. if not, i can try this for you.
if it's listed, i'd suggest to check the config of the plugins in between which could alter the status such as the payment/shipping/coupons.

Hi Stan,

When i receive an order, the invoice always is created. The possible statutes for received ordes is Confirmed, Confirmed by shopper, cancelled, but not SENT, that is the status configured in VM to create the invoice.

We do not have orders with Sent status, but all orders have the invoice.

You can see the attached files.

Well, we have VM invoice from Artio, but configured for not create invoices.

I do not mean to blame anyone, but this happens to me since I put the version 2.0.96

hello, i am not sure if i understand now. if you do not want to use Artio PDF, i'd suggest to disable it within Joomla plugins.

if OPC does anything new within the latest update here, pls check it's compatiblity checkboxes here:


both of them should be "disabled" by default, they were added to support some payment plugins which were made for vm3.0.2 but are not compatible with vm3.0.10 and similar. this is the only OPC options where the "order status change" event is triggered, but OPC itself does not change or set the non-configured status and thus the PDF should have not been created.

I use VM Invoices only for to edit orders.

Virtuemart is not 3.0.10 at our livesite. Is 3.06.4 because 3.0.10 is not compatible with our template at this moment. I will install 3.0.10 later.

We have plugins form payment like credit card, but this issue appears all time, even with standar Paypal plugin or Standar VM payment/shipment plugins.

I think that the best choice is to chat with Skype. I can to send full access to locate the issue. How i can send to you my skype account in private?

Hi!

Please, forgive me!! The problem is Awocoupon.

If you use VM 3.0.10 you need to update Awocoupon to 2.4.3 to work.
