Change order of client fields

How can I change the order of client fields? Like in the image?
I am using CleanSimple2 theme and VM 3.09.

hello, pls make sure they are not marked as "show in cart form" as shown here:


so they don't get rendered UNDER the normal BT fields. Once this is not enabled, you can use the VM ordering. "show in cart form" disables AJAX in OPC and forces the fields to be shown also for unlogged users, so they always need to fill those fields.
