Enable confirm pop-up doesn't seem to work?

Enable confirm pop-up (display setting in OPC): After clicking confirm a jquery modal will pop-up with order summary. If your country checkout requirements require two step checkout, this would meet the specifications.

I have enabled this option, but it doesn't seem to work. O would have expected a pop-up after confirming the purchase. But nothing happens. Should I configure anything else?

if it does not show, i suggest to try to enable/disable opc's jquery library (general tab bottom), or some other extension tries to load it's own jquery library and thus causing lot's of conflicts with jquery-ui that is required for this popup.
