hello, you may need to edit your /components/com_onepage/themes/sandwitch_ (rename before change)/onepage.unlogged.tpl.php (and also onepage.logged.tpl.php) and move the sections within this file. these files print individual sections from overrides directory to render the checkout.

we can assist with this if needed with a limited time per free support.

there are much more options within the shiping address handingling
- it can be disabled and hidden
- it can be always opended by default
- it can be obligatory all the time (flower shop)
- the shipping fields in opc are not required by default and they have to be marked as "shipping field obligatory" within opc's backend's shopper fields tab.
