First Name and Last Name missing on guest checkout

Hi there,
when customers want to use the "guest-checkout" the template "band box german" is not showing first and last name in the formular. These field are activated by VM default and I haven`t changed them.

OPC: 2.0.276.475.120115
VM 3.0.6.
J 3.0.1

Does anyone has a clue how to solve this problem?

hello, please update to opc2.0.284 as shown at our news section and elsewhere on this forum. due to many changes in vm3.0.6 you must update opc to a newer version to support it's code changes, or try vm3.0.6.2.
