Country ID not being passed after J3/VM3 upgrade

I have just upgraded my test site to:
Joomla 3.3.6
VM 3.0.6
OPC 2.0.282.210215

Since the upgrade, none of my Shipping Methods are appearing.

I think the Country ID is not being passed by OPC for some reason.

From debugging:
vmdebug Line 858 - shipmentmethod AusPost Parcel Service = FALSE for variable virtuemart_country_id = , Reason: Country 13 does not fit

hello brett, than you for reporting, i just replicated this on our vm306 demo, i am checking the issue and will release an update for this soon.

hello Brett, we identified the problem now and we had fixed it within 283 release. The issue was caused by a GET calls of onepage.js which were not accepted by the backend. We wanted to use the GET calls to debug the variables which are being sent to the backend.

pls use our 283 version on your VM3.0.6

once you enter opc backend, it will create a new vmpayment plugin which makes sure that VM does not select payment/shipping methods by default when they should not be selected.
