Shopper fields DUPLICATED in opc

ANy ideas why do I have shopper fields displayed twice?

hello, where exactly are they displayed twice?

in VM, there are a new "cart" fields which indeed are meant to be "order only fields".

the cart fields can be used for requesting an input from customer per each order, whereas the normal account/registration/shipping fields are always pre-loaded upon the checkout.

Example: if your country does not allow saving social sec. number, but it may be required by some payment (such as Klarna) to make this field as Cart only. Within OPC there is a settings for "order fields", but this setting is only useful now on vm2.x because on vm3.x this is included in vm's core.

I suggest that you check if your shopper fields are marked as "cart fields" and this is the most probably reason why they display twice in opc.

Yes indeed I had to disable all shopper fields "SHOW IN CART FORM" in VIRTUEMRAT -> CONFIGURATION -> SHOPPER FIELDS.

hello, we only added the support for new cart fields recently, so that may be the reason why they just suddently popped-up. maybe for your case we should also check if they aren't already included within account/registration fields.
