Enable privacy checkbox in to registration

in the "Email and Registration Related Configuration" I selected "Enable checkbox in privacy to registration" but it does not work: http://virtuemart3.cyberspazio.eu/registrati.html

hello, checked the file that renders it and added the option to show both privacy checkbox and also subscription checkbox to this theme.
let me know by email if there is anything else that should be done here.
