cannot complete purchase order

Dear Sirs,
with have bought your component (one page checkout 2) and installed it successfully on our new web site (http://www.laserelectronic.it) running joomla3 and vm3. We are encountering a problem with the frontend: we cannot complete any purchase order; at the end of the process, we are sent back to the start-up page, without any error message. Any hint to solve the issue?
