sandwitch theme lost customernote chckbx selector

found mistake in sandwitch-theme script components/com_onepage/themes/sandwitch/onepage.unlogged.tpl.php.
Line 359: div for customernote checkbox has lost the selector "chckbx".

hello, no prob.
we also added a new "theme config" within the latest opc releases, so there is more that can be configured per the theme. specifically on sandwitch, you can now disable business tab with opc config.
