[VM4.6.0 / OPC 2.0.457] - Cart not loading

On a local testsite I updated VirtueMart from 4.4.10 to 4.6.0.

After this update the cart is no longer loading.
Instead it displays the last category visited.

The issue arises anytime I want to go to the cart.
Either through the Add to cart button, a link in the Cart module or the cart menu-item.
It happens with my own custom template and with Cassiopeia.

Odd thing is in the code it says it's on the cart view and it loads the category view in the component area (see attachment).

When I disable Rupostel OPC the default VM cart is loaded, as expected.

Updated to OPC2.0.459 and the issue seems resolved
