Validation issues

I've been installed one page checkout and I have a valdation issue with the checkput page.

After pressing Confirm Order the next page will always redierct to "www.mywebsite.com/index.php/support/edit_shipment" Although the shipment address is correct and all the other setting have been configure correcly.

I already trying to disable OnePage Checkput and Its working greate

don't understand what did I missed.

hello, it seems like one of your payment methods does the redirect as it may be missing some data. which payment methods are you using? (plugins?)

i strongly suggest to do this:
- proceed to Joomla's plugin manager (Extensions -> Plug-In Mager)
- select type "vmpayment" and see which are enabled. Please disabled ALL that you are not using
- do the same for "vmshipment"

this will make your joomla and VM faster and more reliable. if this does not fix your problem, i can have a look on your site directly over ftp if possible. i will find out on which payment blocks the checkout system.
