Language placeholders instead of language strings

Hi!
I installed OPC ver 2.0.255.290814 on VM ver 2.6.8 joomla 2.5.24 and when I get to the checkout page I'm getting the language placeholders
for example:

COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_FORM_PASSWORD_1

I can override this using the language override but it should have worked automatically as it did on other websites I have OPC installed.

Please help me resolve this issue.

hello, thank you for the report, we included the fix within the opc 2.0.256. it only concerns some unknown conditions.
