hello, please navigate to this file over ftp:
components/com_onepage/themes/sandwitch_(or your opc theme per display tab)/onepage.unlogged.tpl.php

and update:
$hide_business_tab = false;

to $hide_business_tab = true;

we will try to add such per-theme configuration soon to opc.
