your issue may be caused by any of the following:
- you are using a very old version of opc that was created before vm2.0.15 on a newer version of virtuemart (you must updated opc for this reason)
- you are using an incompatible multi shipping method (less probable)
please note, you may need to update opc subscription in case it's expired.

hello, you must update your opc to meet vm and opc cross compatiblity. vm had added calc caching which is not disabled by your opc version and thus it calculates a wrong totals.
