your issue may be caused by any of the following:
- you are using a very old version of opc that was created before vm2.0.15 on a newer version of virtuemart (you must updated opc for this reason)
- you are using an incompatible multi shipping method (less probable)
please note, you may need to update opc subscription in case it's expired.
