Terms of service window opening with no assigned CSS

My terms of service link on the checkout page opens with very basic styling and seemingly no CSS.

How can i get it displaying correctly so it matches the styling of my site?

hello, the TOS renders with tmpl=component

you may want to check if your /templates/your joomla template/component.php

adds proper css files and headers to the rendered section.

pls note that you should use direct includes of the css instead of using JDocument because it may not fully be available especially when the page is loaded with format=raw or similar and thus giving fatal errors for other 3rd party extensions.
