Shipping Method doesn't display if cost is $0

Hi there,

I'm using Onepage: 2.0.107 and Virtuemart: 2.0.24c.

One of my shipping methods is the Virtuemart weight_countries method. I have it set so that for orders above 20 Kilogrammes, the shipping cost is zero. With this setting, the shipping method just does not display. If I change it to a cost of $1 then the shipping method does display.

This is a big problem for me as it stops users from confirming their purchase because there is no shipping method for them to select.

I can't entirely disable shipping because for orders under 20 Kilogrammes in weight we use a different shipping method that does have a cost.

I can't update Onepage as my subscription expired last month. I can PM login details if necessary. The website is http://massagepro.com.au
