Override Shopper Group Setting at Checkout Page

Hi Stan,

Wishing you all the best for 2014! We have the following situation for which i need your advice:

- We are currently using the 'Set shopper group globally per Joomla language' functionality to display tax or not for our different domains, e.g. http://www.quality-tuning.es / Spanish Lang / EU Tax Applied, http://www.quality-tuning.com / English US Lang / No Tax Applied.

However, the problem with the above configuration is that, when a non-EU customer tries to checkout in one of our tax-applied domains he is charged with tax. (For example a spanish talking customer from Mexico trying to checkout in our eu-spanish domain (.es).

So what i'm thinking would be to use 'Set shopper group globally per detected IP country' functionality when in checkout ONLY. As of now, when a customer goes to checkout page, OPC sets the default shipping country depending on his location, so in same we'd like to change his shopper group if needed to show proper tax or not in the checkout page only.

Noticed also that in 220 you've fixed the addition of new countries in 'Set shopper group globally per detected IP country' which is great. Would be nice to have an option 'All other countries' so that we only have to enter the EU countries that we want to apply tax to and OPC to automatically handle all other countries (and those not found by IP, which is already done i think), so that we don't have to make so many entries for all countries!
