hello, we've added the feature for you, pls follow these steps to enable extra checkbox within OPC that is required

0. install as normal (backup your themes if they are changed)
1. select one of the inbuilt themes
1.1 if you have your own theme, you must add echo $italian_checkbox; and move the file from orignal themes to overrides/italian_checkbox.php

and click proceed to language editor
4. edit the language strings

click generate ini to create the language file

if anything goes wrong with the language editor, you may want to edit it directly in /languages/it-IT.com_onepage.ini
