I can't view all payments and shipment - Help

Good morning, I have bought your one page checkout joomla extension and I have installed it on my web site abbigliamento-da-lavoro.eu.

When i go in my basket, I have only one payment(credit card) visibel like you can see here:

To view all others payments I have to clcik on "clicca qui per aggiungere il tuo indirizzo di spedizione"(in english "click here to add another shipment method") and then I can see al avaluable payments.

Can you help me to solve this problem?
