Hello, which variation of bootstrap are you using? Did you create the joomla and VM theme by yourself or did you directly modified the original twitter bootstrap from here http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/. In both cases this would be worth creating a new theme, but we'd prefer if you sent us a print screen of what would you like - especially the layout and logic. The OPC themes are using various techniques to render the field names, sections, columns, logic and i can't really imagine that this all would be included in the bootstrap css. This is subject for custom work and time and we can't promise you deadline for this right now.
