Incompatibility with VM 2.0.16

Hello,

Thanks for this great component.

I wanted to upgrade to VM 2.0.16 but it is kinda incompatible with rupostel OPC. The product total prices are not shown anymore. And als the shipping costs arent added to the total order amount.
Is this going to be taken care of in a next release? And if so when will this be?

Hello, i just checked vm2.0.16 on my main development demo site at vm2onj25.rupostel.com and all seems to be working properly. I strongly recommend to check
- the price config at the OPC tax tab (salesPrice is usually recommended for checkout in EU and basePrice in US)
- check your shopper groups in calculation, payment and shipping plugin settings - "none" means all and OPC requires both -default- and -anonymous- for a default checkout (in comparison with a default VM checkout)

Im sorry, my mistake.
Last time I updated was dec 11th. And I found out another update was posted on dec 12th.

After this update, everything is working as supposed to!
