Shipping and payment cost shows wrong in basket

Hi Stan,

I have two issues with latest OPC (2.0.106), theme three column blue. I use updated Joomla 2.5 and VM2.

1: Shipping cost show 0,00 in the basket but total is correct, i.e. sum of product price and shipping cost.

2: If I select a payment option with costs, the basket used to show a line which showed this. But since the lastes OPC updat, this is no longer the case. I can change the payment option, the total is calculated correctly, but there is no line showing payment cost.

Issue is in logged as well as unlogged.

Can you please help me out?

Additional info:
I just downgraded totversion 2.0.98 and these issues did not show.
So it seems a good idea (al least for me) not to update to the latest version.
