Java/Ajax conflict

Hello,

I have a problem with the one page checkout and one of my payment providers. At the payment provider I have to select a certain bank. This selection goes trough a .js file because then they can update this file without me having to update the component. The thing is, I cant see the dropdown on one page checkout.

I found out what is conflicting, When I enable "do not use ajax" the dropdown shows just fine. But then my shipping costs dont get updated and I cant checkout.

What to do?
