PayPal Landing Page, Open Guest/CC payment as default

Hi Stan,

Is it possible to have the user automatically see the "I dont have Paypal account, pay with credit card" option by default when redirected to PaylPal for payment (instead of seeing the PayPal login, and having to select it)?
