Three column Special Blue issue

Hello.
I just bought and install OPC for VM2 and tried working with the Three column Special Blue theme.

After adding a product to my cart I went to the checkout page, filled in all required fields and tried to submit payment only to find out that a message "Required field is missing".

Check out the screenshot as well.

If I choose some other cart then I don't get this message and payment is submitted.

Please let me know about it since this theme is one of the reasons I bought your plugin and it would be a shame not being able to use it.
