Password box still showing

I'm am using the One Page Checkout and have a problem wondering if you can help me.

When this is checked, the checkbox for create account will not be checked by default and username, password1, password2 will be hidden. This only applies to OPTIONAL REGISTRATION

I have turned this option on but for some reason when the page loads it has the "create account" box not checked but the password fields are still showing up.

Hello, i solved this yesterday. You can download the latest version. It is solved within list_user_fields.tpl.php in all themes.
