Register on checkout problem

I am having a problem with the new customer registration on checkout. When I disable OPC, new customers are registered without a problem from the checkout page. When I re-enable OPC, then the customer registration works... for the first person who registers. After that, a new user can not be registered (it just says thanks for your purchase) Sends out no confirmation email, and does not create the user.

Hello, if you are using the latest OPC version, please make sure that there are no "business fields" checked within OPC backend- this will be fully available in the next release. I will check your issue with my demos and will let you know. Please specify which registration type it says at the "registration" tab in OPC backend.
