I have created a test order and in the email I received it has a link to ( view your order online ) but when i click the link the site opens, but shows a message ( Restricted access! ) and now order is displayed.
Hello Dave, i am afraid that this issue is related to your Joomla's menu configuration. I'd suggest not to restrict individual Virtuemart's menus to registered users so that you don't get this message. Sometimes Joomla or virtuemart incorrectly associates the menu item to one that is restricted aspecially for "customer account". Therefore you may try to delete this menu item or change the permissions to any site users.
