Confirm order button going to blank screen and missing order

Hi,

When placing an order, confirmation button redirects to:

index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=opc&controller=opc, but this is blank.

Orders are recorded in virtuemart but the customer information is missing. No emails are sent to the administrator either.

What is going on?

Hello Robin, please enable the error reporing in Joomla global config and paste the error here. Is the page completely blank, or does it render your joomla theme? The completely blank page means a fatal errro within PHP due to a use of non-existent function which sometimes happen as we are trying to keep compatiblity with all released stable versions of Vm from 2.0.0 to the latest 2.0.10

We also recommend to update to the latest OPC version as we fixed a similar issue a few days ago.
