Which file to edit the 'Payment' section?

Could you please tell me what file I need to edit for the 'Payment' section? We want to comment out the 'Issue Number' and 'Start Date' sections.

Hello, the wrappers are located in the /components/com_onepage/themes/YOUR OPC THEME/onepage.unlogged (logged).tpl.php as well as onepage.css with which you can style it. OPC2 currently does not have payment html override because many payment plugins use custom javascript on their own. The individual html of the payments is located in your plugin code in /plugins/vmpayment/pluginname/pluginname.php (search for *display* functions).
