removing headline "posts" in TOS

Hi,
how can i remove the headline "posts" ("Beiträge" in german) in the TOS field?
Please see the attached image.

hello i fixed the permission issue for the attachements.

i'd recommend to have a look on this file which renders the TOS heading:
/components/com_onepage/templates/YOUR OPC THEME/onepage.unlogged (and logged).tpl.php

Depending on the theme, search for TOS and it should be at the bottom.
