How do I display Continue shopping cart button on the page ?

Hello, we just added this to the next (84) release. You can use:
echo $continue_link;
in basket.html.php or in onepage.unlogged.tpl.php or onepage.logged.tpl.php. Currently it will show a link back to the last visited category.
