missing translation and logout button

Hello, could you please make these texts translateable in the three column template:
- "Missing" in add shipment adress
- "Ship to information", "Select payment" for logged users

Could you add the logout button with a greeting like in the default virtuemart checkout?

Also it is strange to display order totals twice (logged users - third column).

Hello, please use the Language editor tab with com_onepage.ini file to traslate it from engish to your desired language. Please know that there is a bug in the language editor which we are going to fix in the following release that it generates the ini file only from the changed language strings - we will fix this asap.
