Shipping Module not Displaying

I’m using Joomla 2.5/VM 2.0.7D
I have setup USPS from alatak_usps and VM default shipping, I have disabled each with no change.
The shipping module does not display. When I do a refresh it loads for a flash but then disappears. Any ideas?
If I select "Do not use AJAX" it works but does not refresh.

Hello, we only supprt stable versions of Virtuemart. The version 2.0.7x is being tested, but it is not meant for live site deployment. The alatak_usps is fully functional under virtuemart 2.0.6 and OPC any latest version. Please send us your version of alatak_usps by email for futher analysis of compatiblity even though it is being used by many of our current users.
