Order are stored into database even after payment error

Hi,

When ever when process for checkout and if transaction is failed due to any reason that is stored into database and cart is empty. If we need to enter same order as previous then we need to add that product again to cart and do all checkout process one more time.

I am using joomla 1.5
Virtuemart 2.0.6

For payment gateway i am using authorize.net.

Hello,
this seems to be a problem with your payment plugin. Are you using online credit card processor with the form to collect credit card data? We recommend to update the payment method's code as there has been many modifications from vm 2.0.0 to 2.0.6. Depending on the return code of the payment method the user should get redirected back to the cart. OPC does not clear the cart at any point as this is handled by payment plugins.

Let me know if the update of the payment works for you, or if you do get this type of error also when OPC disabled.
