Custom Field Values not displaying in Order section of VM

Hi,

We installed one page checkout on an online store but once installed the client can no longer see what colour (set as 'Item Colour' in Custom Fields) the user has selected for the order.

We have been testing the colours and we have found the following.

The problem is the colours do not display in the "Order" section. It only displays for example (using the product 'Sun Canopy';

"Sun Canopy
Item Colour : "

So the colour is not coming through.

If we go into the Sun Canopy product in Virtuemart backend and resave the product, the item colour then displays in the Order section.
But this had to be done every time the Sun Canopy is bought.

We have been testing and debugging but have yet found an answer so was needing some help.

Hello, we've tested the custom fields at VM demo here:

and we could not find an issue which would cause a problem with the attributes.

I think it will be much better if we have a look on your site to see if you are encountering a javascript problem which prevents your add to cart to work. These problems are manytimes caused by error reporting enabled which might break your json serialization and cause such issues.
