Not able to select a payment method

Using the version 2.0.40 I can't select a payment method. I always get the message "We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please .
Please what?? :?
It doesn't matter wether I'm logged in or choose a country.

EDIT: Shipment method also not working. Everything works fine when disabling OPC.

(J 2.5.4, VM 2.0.6)

After updating to version 2.0.44 shipment method is showing correctly. But the correct payment method is showing only after a browser refresh.

Hello, i believe this was due to previous OPC limitation that it did not support payment per country restictions. This should be fixed at the latest releases where we added support for "refreshing" of payment methods on address change.

Also the problem must have occured because your default country set in OPC configuration did not have any payment method configured.
