Guide to installing free templates

Does anyone have a guide to install one of the free templates available on the OPC, I would like to use:

Hello, there are a few changes in the template files and therefore we have not migrated them all yet. In general we need to first add a solid configurator to the backend and then we will add the templates.

If you are interested in the particular template, you can find it in templates.zip of OPC1 installer file. The differences between OPC1 and OPC2 are mostly in list_user_fields.tpl.php and a few in onepage.logged.tpl.php (and unlogged). There are also a small differences in javascript which handles registration as joomla 1.6+ uses com_users instead of com_user.

I will be migrating this template over this weekend hopefully and will be glad if you tell me your opinion.
