Not accepting Terms of Service selection

Using VM 2.9.9g and Joomla 3.3.6.

I probably have something configured incorrectly, but I can not checkout due to acceptance of Terms of Service.

Each time I Confirm Purchase with the Tems of Service Acceptance checked, I receive the following Notice:

Please accept the Terms of Service to proceed

I have VM configured for Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER.

Any thoughts on how to debug and/or fix this?

Stan sent me a message to disable this field:
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1077

I then asked Stan about this fix for my version of VM since I'm not using VM3 and he said it is possible that the field exists and does trouble on my opc/vm config version

So I marked the TOS filed to "not required" and it fixed my problem. Thanks Stan!

hello phil, i am glad this is resolved. i am going to release an update for opc soon which will properly handle this field.
